CAREGIVING WITH LOVE AND JOY: An Expert’s Guide to Providing the Best Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Homecare (Avery, April, 2022) is an indispensable guide for anyone who will be providing caregiving for a Loved One with a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s Disease or another form of dementia.
It includes everything one needs to know, ranging from taking care of the Loved One to taking care of themselves in real time, and planning for the future. Ultimately, the goal is to take the stress out of the situation so that people can provide their family members with excellent care, and actually enjoy the process. It is the first caregiver’s book to cover multicultural issues.
And, it is the first book on the subject to be written by a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), which is the highest level of certification for any professional home health caregiver.
